Repeated events at home that change her inhibition and arousal levels and other stats. Most of them are around 21:30-23:00 or before 7:30 in her room.

Check guest room for weekly event, which increases her income from online activities.
Eventually Annette will start inviting school students for sleepovers in the evening. First event with male student will allow player to select what kind of meetings Annette will be doing.
