Cooking Club starts in Smallville High school Cafeteria. Events with club president allow increasing club income and upgrading it.

Club can be upgraded Restaurant and Topless Restaurant after re-opening Cabaret in chat with Stacy Slutsky. Initial club and snack bar hours are between 13:05 and 14:45. Upgraded restaurants are active between 19:00 and 21:00.
